LATE COLLECTION POLICY If you are late collecting your child by 10 minutes or more after the end of a session, this will be recorded in a book. Three entries in this book will incur a charge of £30.00. The end of session/collection times are 11.45am for the morning session, and 3.30pm for the afternoon session. I have read and understood the Late Collection Policy

EMERGENCY TREATMENT CONSENT I give my consent to Wheatley Pre-School to seek emergency medical advice or treatment for my child and/or take my child to the nearest Accident and Emergency Unit to examined, treated or admitted as necessary, on the understanding that every attempt has been made to contact me, or I have been informed and am on my way to the hospital. A member of staff from Wheatley Pre-School will accompany my child and stay with them until my arrival. I have read and understood the Emergency Treatment Consent:
